We are thrilled to announce an exciting new chapter for The Atlantis Group, with the appointment of respected early childhood leader Todd Dawson as our new Chief Executive Officer, commencing March 2026.

This milestone reflects just how far our family-owned organisation has come. What began as three services more than a decade ago has grown into a thriving network of 20 Early Learning and Outside School Hours Care services, supported by over 450 passionate team members across Atlantis Early Learning, Tall Tree Early Learning, and our OSHC programs.

A Leader with Heart, Experience and Vision

Todd brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector. He has previously led operational networks spanning 53 services, supporting 5,300 children, 4,500 families, and 1,400 educators, and most recently served as National Chief Safety Officer at Goodstart Early Learning.

Throughout his career, Todd has been widely recognised for his ability to strengthen safety, quality and wellbeing across organisations, and for his deep commitment to improving outcomes for both children and educators.

Todd shared that it was The Atlantis Group’s values and unwavering commitment to high-quality early learning that resonated with him most:
