Every day, our educators welcome children through the doors with a smile, a warm hug, a listening ear and a whole lot of heart. They know the little things that make each child laugh, the stories they love to hear again and again, and the moments when a little extra encouragement is needed.

But being an educator is so much more than caring for children. It’s building trusting relationships with families, celebrating milestones, comforting tears, encouraging curiosity, creating opportunities to explore and discover, and helping children develop the confidence to take their next big steps.

One of our families recently captured what makes our educators so extraordinary:

“You guys are absolutely incredible, and I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever seen the same level of care, patience, energy and love in another profession. The way you give so much of yourselves to the kids every single day is pretty extraordinary whilst also somehow managing to recognise and respond to each child’s individual needs, personalities and quirks, while also delivering such an amazing and cool range of activities and programs.”
