This Mother’s Day, our early learning centres were filled with warmth, laughter, and heartfelt moments as we welcomed families for a special morning or afternoon tea in honour of the wonderful mothers, grandmothers, and mother figures in our community.

Children proudly hosted their loved ones, sharing handmade gifts, cards, and artwork created with love. Our centres were beautifully decorated with flowers, photos, and thoughtful touches that made everyone feel celebrated and appreciated.

Guests were treated to a delicious selection of food and drinks, with everything from fresh fruit platters and sweet treats to savoury bites and warm cups of tea and coffee. The joy of sharing food together added to the sense of connection and community.

Throughout the event, families enjoyed a variety of engaging activities alongside the children, including:

Crafting keepsakes together

Reading favourite books

Planting flowers or herbs to take home

Participating in interactive play experiences

These special moments offered a chance to slow down, connect, and celebrate the love and care that mothers and caregivers bring to our children’s lives every day.
