We’re looking for a warm, passionate Diploma Qualified Educator to join our cherished Tall Tree Early Learning Centre in Landsdale. Our beautiful centre features 6 thoughtfully designed learning rooms and a dedicated atelier space that encourages creativity and exploration. With a capacity of 120 places, we offer a nurturing, inspiring environment where children thrive and educators are truly valued. Full-Time | Permanent - Monday to Friday | Full Availability between the hours of 6.30am to 6pm

Your Role

As a Diploma Qualified Educator at Atlantis Early Learning Yanchep, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality education and care for children aged 0 to 5. You will work alongside a dedicated team of educators to plan and implement engaging learning programs that cater to the developmental needs and interests of each child. You will have the opportunity to participate in ongoing professional development, collaborate with a supportive team, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment that fosters the growth and well-being of every child in our care.

As an Educator, you will:

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of engaging and developmentally appropriate learning programs.
  • Foster positive and supportive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Support children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development through guided activities and play.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment that meets the needs of all children.
  • Observe and document children’s progress, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care.
  • Assist in managing daily routines and transitions, ensuring smooth and positive experiences for the children.
  • Uphold all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including child protection and health and safety standards.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Your Qualifications
  • Hold or be currently working towards a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent), and demonstrate a deep understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Exhibit strong leadership in curriculum development and programming, with the ability to plan, implement, and evaluate engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences that cater to children's individual needs.
  • Be passionate about fostering children's holistic development, including their emotional, social, and cognitive growth, through play-based learning and intentional teaching practices.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—building positive, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Lead and collaborate within a team-based environment, mentoring and supporting colleagues to deliver high-quality education and care.
  • Show a proactive and nurturing approach to children's needs, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort at all times.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to professionalism, adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, including child protection, health and safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Be available for flexible working hours and contribute to the consistency and continuity of care for children.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, continuously improving skills and knowledge in best practices for early childhood education.
  • Possess a positive, team-oriented attitude and take initiative in fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
