Your Role

Responsibilities:

Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for children.
Develop age-appropriate lesson plans that promote the physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and creative development of each child.
Implement daily routines including meals, nap time, outdoor playtime, etc.
Observe children's behaviour and assess their progress regularly.
Provide individualised attention to each child's needs.
Foster positive relationships with children by building trust and promoting open communication.
Collaborate with parents/guardians to understand each child's unique requirements and update them on their child's progress regularly.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents/accidents reports as required by regulations/policies.
