Position

We are seeking passionate and dedicated early childhood educators with a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education to join our team!

Your Role

Responsibilities:

  • Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for children.
  • Develop age-appropriate lesson plans that promote the physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and creative development of each child.
  • Implement daily routines including meals, nap time, outdoor playtime, etc.
  • Observe children's behaviour and assess their progress regularly.
  • Provide individualised attention to each child's needs.
  • Foster positive relationships with children by building trust and promoting open communication.
  • Collaborate with parents/guardians to understand each child's unique requirements and update them on their child's progress regularly.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents/accidents reports as required by regulations/policies.

  • Sound understanding of early childhood development principles
  • Creative thinking skills to plan engaging activities
  • Time management skills

Your Qualifications
  • Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (mandatory)
  • Familiarity with national standards/regulations related to early childhood education
  • Working with Children's Check and Police Clearance
