We’re looking for a warm, passionate OSHC Manager to lead our well-loved, school-based service. If you’re driven by the joy of making a real difference in children’s lives and love building strong, meaningful connections within the school and with families, we’d love to get to know you!

Your Role

As OSHC Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of a high-quality Outside School Hours Care service, creating a dynamic and inclusive environment where children aged 5–12 can thrive before and after school, and during vacation care.

This role is ideal for an experienced OSHC leader who is passionate about delivering engaging, play-based programs and building a strong, collaborative team culture.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs aligned with My Time, Our Place, supporting children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Mentor, guide, and manage a team of educators, fostering a positive and professional team environment.
• Oversee daily operations including staffing, compliance, budgeting, and resource management.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with school leaders, families, and the broader community.
• Promote a safe, nurturing, and inclusive space where children feel confident, supported, and excited to learn and play.
• Maintain full compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and all relevant OSHC regulatory standards.
• Establish clear routines and behavioural expectations that support children’s independence and emotional well-being.
• Actively lead community events, excursions, and enrichment activities that promote connection and belonging.

Your Qualifications
  • Creativity, initiative, and the ability to problem-solve under pressure and amidst change.
  • A passion for exceptional child care, with a commitment to supporting the developmental needs of school-aged children.
  • At least 1+ years of experience in a leadership role within childcare, with a sound understanding of My Time, Our Place and National Quality Standards.
  • The ability to motivate, inspire, and lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
