Position

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Early Childhood Educator's to join our team at our brand new Tall Tree Early Learning location in White Gum Valley.

We have exciting opportunities for educators and coordinators at all levels, including:

  • Room Leaders (Nursery, Babies, Toddlers, Kindergarten)
  • Diploma and Certificate III Qualified Educators
  • Assistant Centre Managers
  • Food Coordinators

Your Role

Depending on your role, you will:

  • Lead and inspire teams to deliver high-quality, child-centred programs
  • Create safe, nurturing learning environments based on the Early Years Learning Framework and Reggio Emilia philosophy
  • Develop trusting partnerships with families and the wider community
  • Manage daily routines, programming, and compliance with professionalism and care
  • Prepare nutritious meals (Food Coordinators) and support positive mealtime experiences
  • Contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the White Gum Valley centre
Your Qualifications
  • Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and possess a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). 
  • Be passionate about supporting children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development through play-based learning and guided activities. 
  • Show strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. 
  • Work collaboratively in a team-based environment, contributing to the development of quality early childhood programs and supporting your peers in delivering high standards of education and care. 
  • Be proactive and compassionate in responding to children’s needs, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort at all times. 
  • Maintain a strong commitment to professionalism, adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, including health and safety, child protection, and hygiene standards. 
  • Be available for flexible working hours.
  • Possess a positive attitude and be a strong team player, ready to contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
