Be the creative inspiration behind your service, using all your early learning experience, knowledge and skills. You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of curriculum and learning experiences to develop and enhance our children’s learning, creativity, communication, social skills, self-confidence, physical and emotional wellbeing, fine motor, and gross motor abilities.
ECTs are integral in delivering quality education in-line with the EYLF and strive to exceed NQF standards. ECTs work in partnership with our Educators, Educational Leaders and Centre Coordinators to lead the development and implementation of our educational Programming, ensuring an inclusive and creative approach at all times. You will be responsible for training Educators to be comfortable using parent communication apps and ensuring continuous observations and documentation of each individual child’s learning journey.
