Meet
Nicola
Centre Manager at Tall Tree Early Learning Mullaloo

Of my 18 years in the Early Childhood sector, I’ve had the privilege of being a Centre Manager at Tall Tree Early Learning for almost five years; initially at the very first of the Tall Tree Services in Subiaco, followed by Mullaloo. At both of these centres I had the exciting opportunity of managing them from their initial opening and enjoyed being a part of their journey to becoming successful, established services.

I love that each of our services has their own personality and style that suits the community in which it is situated. Our centres have light, open spaces that feel both relaxing and homely.

One of the things I love most about my role is the relationships I have the opportunity to build with the children, families, Educators and local community, in addition to working with my team to ensure that the service we provide to our children and families is of the highest quality. I feel supported in my role and enjoy the many opportunities we get to learn more about leadership and management, as well as network with the other managers across the group on a regular basis.
