Provide exceptional nurture and care for infants and young children within our Early Learning services. Working with the Educational Leader and ECT to ensure you deliver the educational programming as well day-to-day care, your role is to accommodate and develop the children’s social, emotional, physical, and educational needs. You are the smile that makes their day when they first walk through the door.

You will engage and inspire the children every day, ensuring they are safe, supported and forever exploring to learn new things. You drive the children’s learning and development through the principles, practices, and outcomes of the Early Years Learning Framework. You are responsible for maintaining vigilant supervision and ensuring safe and inclusive learning environments for all children. You will need to have a sound working knowledge of our Service Philosophy, Policies and Procedures as you conduct your daily work practices. You will develop positive and trusting relationships with the children and their families. Assisting children to sleep, eat and go to the bathroom, as well as offering some much-needed cuddles are essential skills required to be an Early Childhood Educator. You are approachable, friendly, warm and always have a can-do positive attitude.

Early Childhood Educator

“Becoming an Early Childhood Educator has become my life’s goal. I love waking up each morning know I get to come to work and make a difference for the children. Working at Tall Tree has allowed me to support children during their most crucial stage in Their life. Encourage their learning and development as they engage with the world around them."
