Be responsible for building and leading your own team of passionate Early Learning Professionals as you work to embody the Tall Tree Early Learning Philosophy. Inspire your team as you consistently deliver our exceptional level of education and care.
As Centre Manager, you are responsible for the running and overseeing of our daily operations at your service. As part of this role, you will manage enrolments, staff rostering, the QIP, budgets and staff development. You also supervise all staff and influence the culture and collective care of the children in your service.
Centre Managers need to be capable team leaders, with excellent interpersonal skills, time management and strong written and verbal communication skills. You’ll also be responsible for the weekly reporting to our Area Manager.
Centre Managers need to build strong relationships with families, the local community, and all relevant external stakeholders. You are the ultimate face of our Service and must be passionate about the continuity of the Tall Tree Early Learning brand.
You’ll oversee and guide the highest quality of classroom curriculum and pedagogical documentation, allowing Educator’s ample time off the floor to complete their observations and family communication through smart scheduling.
You must be positive in attitude and energy, as well as being an inspiration to guide and motivate your team of Educators.
